How it works
Seven steps. One suite.
From capturing the strategy to the published post and the metrics that flow back.
- 01
The foundation
Strategy & business goals
Per tenant and campaign year: business goals, positioning/USP, tone of voice, KPIs and do's & don'ts. The strategy isn't a slide deck. It's structured data that planning and production read from.

Who you reach
Audiences
Audiences with description, pains, gains, age range, region, languages and platform mapping. A weight (0-5) controls how strongly planning takes them into account.

In the platform's language
Ad objectives per platform
Each objective is assigned to a channel and captured in the platform's own naming: "Meta: Lead generation", "LinkedIn: Lead Generation", "TikTok: Video Views". Plus a KPI target and optional monthly budget. Strategy and campaign managers finally speak the same language.

Where content comes from
Topics & templates
Topic pillars (evergreen, campaign, product, spotlight) with weight, keywords and audience mapping. Templates define formats (carousel 4:5/9:16, video, story, PDF, photo), slide counts and a default CTA. Tenants with their own render engine (e.g. studyonline.now) deliver pixel-perfect slides via the render contract.

The queue fills itself
Automated planning
The planner turns topic weights, template formats and channel cadence (max posts per day/week, posting windows per weekday) into a scheduled annual queue in Europe/Berlin time. Every post knows its channel, language, format, slot and CTA.

AI with control
Production & approval
Per post: AI copy (hook, slide texts, caption, hashtags, voiceover), rendered slides, AI images with burned-in labeling ("Image: AI-generated"), music from the licensed library. Then the post waits in the approval queue: check the preview, adjust the caption, approve or skip.
Approved posts with all assets. - 07
Ship + learn
Publishing & insights
Approved posts are published to the connected channels at their slot (Meta API for Instagram/Facebook; TikTok/LinkedIn depending on API approval, until then as manual-post packages). External IDs, permalinks and metrics flow back, visible in the post detail and the log.

Sounds like work? It isn't.
Planning and production run automatically. Your part: maintain the strategy and decide in the approval queue. That typically takes under an hour a week.
